Services

GRIND UNLOCKED provides a subscription-based newsletter service and digital products focused on business, marketing, and entrepreneurship. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Digital Products

Digital products (guides, templates, and resources) are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital product purchases unless required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through GRIND UNLOCKED, including newsletters, guides, and other materials, is the intellectual property of COKY LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GRIND UNLOCKED and COKY LLC provide content for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
